DESCRIPTION:*No supplies required\, however a vase/container from home is encouraged.* Join us and Chas Thompson of Wildflower Portland\, a professional florist now based here with us in beautiful Silverton\, for an early spring floral arrangement workshop! All floral material\, and greenery will be provided for this class - and will include foliage found here at The Oregon Garden! No supplies or previous experience required\, other than a vase from home. Chas will discuss plant selection\, how to create shape and volume\, and give recommendations for color and texture combinations. You can view more of her work at www.wildflowerportland.com This class will take place from 6-8 PM in the Natural Resources Education Center\, located near the Visitor Center and Gift Shop. The class fee is $25 for non-members\, and $10 for members. Registration is now open!
