LOCATION:Gubser Neighborhood - Starts at Lockhaven and 14th Street Directions: From I-5 North/South take exit 260 toward Keizer. Head west on Chemawa Road which will turn into Lockhaven. You will turn right (north) onto 14th Ave to head into the Gubser neighborhood. Look for the snowcop signs that have been placed to guide you through the route.
