SUMMARY:NW BBQ Bacon\, Beer & Steak Festival
DESCRIPTION:We are hosting the 1st Annual NW BBQ Bacon\, Beer & Steak Festival this July 20th & 21st in Keizer\, OR.  Our mission is to bring people together through the love of barbecue. This is a rare event and nothing like it in the Northwest.  \n\n\n\nThe event will inlcude: music\, car show\, food trucks\, beer stations\, barbecue food tastings\, kid zone and an array of craft vendors. \n\n\n\nWe have two sanctioned events taking place throughout the weekend: \n\n\n\nWe will have the Oregon Bacon Championship that is sanctioned by the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association.  You will see traditional barbecue pitmasters and their teams duke it out to see who has the best brisket\, ribs\, chicken and more.   \n\n\n\nWe will have the Oregon Steak Championship that is sanctioned by the Steak Cook-off Association.  This will be the first time this competition is brought to Oregon.  This event was designed for the community.  Anybody that can grill a Rib-eye steak can enter.  1st place receives $1\,000 and automatic entry in the World Championship in Texas.
