The PERCEY event was created by the Keizer Network of Women a handful of years ago as a way to build revenue to support the Keizer Chamber of Commerce's annual children giving basket program.\n\n\n\nEach year this ladies event hosts a fun theme\, and this year the Kentucky Derby will not disappoint\, come in your best derby attire sporting a great hat and be entered to win a fun prize for the best hat!\n\n\n\nThe name PERCEY originated from the fact that several designer handbags are raffled and auctioned off!  Don't miss your chance to win~ in many ways!
