DESCRIPTION:Porter's Pub at 4820 River Road N. in Keizer is having a semi-formal party on New Year's Eve to ring in 2013.\n\n	Doors will open at 6 p.m. on Monday\, Dec. 31. Food on the appetizer bar will include meatballs\, hot wings and BBQ wings.\n\n	A bagpipe band will be getting the music started\, followed by another band at 8 p.m. and music by "Hang 'em High" starts at 9.\n\n	Dinner will be served throughout the night\, with a choice of prime rib or chicken marcela\, both with sides. Just before midnight everyone will join in a toast of champagne. A breakfast bar will also be available.\n\n	There are a total of 120 seats available. Staff will be serving in tuxedo attire.
