DESCRIPTION:Experience the Eclipse from the grounds of the Oregon State Capitol\, the first of five state capitals that are in the Eclipse's path.  Tours and activities throughout the weekend (Aug 19-20)\, including a concert at 11:30 am on August 19.  The Capitol is open from 9 am-2 pm.  Tower Tours: 9\, 10\, 11 am\, noon\, 1 pm.  (Weather permitting and limited to 50 people per tour).  Building tours: 9:30\, 10:30\, 11:30 am\, 12:30 and 1:30 pm.  Monday\, August 21\, 2017: DAY OF ECLIPSE Building open: 8 am-5pm.
