23rd Annual Colored Pencil Exhibition
The pioneering Portland District Chapter 201 (www.cpsa201.org) of the Colored Pencil Society of America (www.cpsa.org) will show an array of colored pencil art by local northwest artists with varying styles and subject matter. This is a non-juried show so there will also be a wide array of skill levels, from novice to national award-winners. The works on display will show the depth and breadth of art created in the medium of professional colored pencil. Yes, this IS colored pencil.
