Beavers vs Pilots at Volcanoes Stadium
The 7th ranked Oregon State Beavers (21-6 overall; 6-3 Pac 12) will host the University of Portland Pilots at Volcanoes Stadium.
Tickets went on sale Tuesday, April 1st and can be purchased by calling the Volcanoes Ticket Office at 503-390-2225, visiting the Volcanoes website at www.volcanoesbaseball.com , or visiting
the Stadium Monday thru Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am until noon. This game is an annual sellout, so fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets right away.
The Beavers feature pitching ace left-handed pitcher Ben Wetzler from Clackamas High School with a record 5-0, and an outstanding ERA of 0.47. Also, left-handed pitcher Jace Fry from
Southridge High School in Beaverton who is 5-1 with a 1.81 ERA. Outfielder Nick Rulli from Lake Oswego is hitting .318 and Outfielder Jeff Hendrix of Santiam Christian High School in Corvallis
hitting .407.
The Pilots feature Pitcher Cooper Hummel of Lakeridge High School who is 9-3 with a .063 ERA, LHP Brandon Snyder of Tualatin, and RHP Chad Klemhus. of Lake Oswego High School.
