Ethics (3 credit) - Continuing Education Class
The insurance adjuster/agent gains a better understanding of Ethical Conduct by reviewing definitions of ethics and other terms that are used when describing ethical situations. The lesson reviews the Sarbanes - Oxley Act of 2002 (corporate code of conduct) compliance with legal guidelines, and internal audit practices and behaviors.
