Fall into Fitness 5K & Mile
DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE AT KEIZER RAPIDS PARK
Salem Health and the City of Keizer have teamed up to present a fun filled evening that encourages fitness through running or walking. Particpants will enjoy a fantastic post event celebration!
Salem Health and the City of Keizer have teamed up to present a fun filled evening that encourages fitness through running or walking. Particpants will enjoy a fantastic post event celebration!
The 5K, a partially paved trail course, will start and end at Keizer Rapids Park. Views of the historic Willamette River along the way can be experienced in midst of majestic old growth.
The Mile course will be a straight and fast point to point race on Chemawa Road (east bound lane) for the experienced and the “couch potatoes”. Starting line is near McNary High School with the finish line at Keizer Rapids.

First, Second, Third place Ribbons to Men’s & Women’s Age Groups. Overall & Masters receive Gift Certificates. All Participants receive long sleeve shirt, BBQ dinner, adult beverage, and post race concert at Amphitheater.
Proceeds will benefit Keizer’s Amphitheater Free Summer Concert Series.

Keizer, Oregon Mile start is at Chemawa Rd N & Newberg Rd (near the 700 block), finish line is in front of Keizer Rapids Park 5K start and finish line is at the Keizer Rapids Park
