Howl-A-Palooza
Howl-A-Palooza is a FREE educational resource fair for Willamette Valley dog owners. The event will include a Marion County dog license amnesty, demonstrations, vendors, food, dog rescue groups, a costume contest, and a raffle and silent auction. All proceeds will go to the rescue and non-profit groups.
