Howl-a-Palooza
The 1st annual Howl-a-Palooza - a resource and education event hosted by the City of Keizer, Marion County, and the City of Salem. This fun filled event for dog-lovers includes a Marion County Dog License Amnesty, a flyball demonstration, vendors for pet lovers, rescue groups, and even a Howl-o-ween costume contest! Prizes, demonstrations, low cost vaccinations, and entertainment!
