Keizer-based Community Shred Day

The credit union is providing this community service where anyone can bring boxes of outdated documents such as old checks or outdated forms and statements with personal information. Documents will be securely shredded onsite for free with easy drop off in the stadium parking lot. This is a location change for the event moving it to the Volcanoes’ baseball home. The event has become so popular locally that it has outgrown the previous River Road parking lot site next to the credit union’s Keizer branch..
 
The event includes a continued partnership with the Keizer Police Department and will run through 1 p.m. or until the shred truck is full. In addition, this year, the credit union has also partnered with Marion-Polk Food Share to accept food donations during the event.
