Keizer Mayor Lore Christopher will present her final "State of the City" address at the Keizer Chamber Luncheon Forum. Christopher will not seek re-election, ending a 14 year run as Keizer's top elected city leader. First elected in 2001, she has been a champion of city expansion and development that include the park system, community center, Keizer Station development, and medical industry.
