Keizer Iris Run - Half Marathon & 10K Run Sponsored by Salem Health.

 

Half Marathon & 10K Run—These courses are guaranteed to be scenic and fast. You’ll wind your way through the heart of downtown Keizer Station before entering gentle rolling hills of spacious farmland, made up of filbert orchards, hops and flower fields. You’ll catch your breathe along the 200 acres of nationally awarded iris growing fields, where the iris’ will be in various stages of colorful bloom. The end will be in sight as the course heads gradually downhill, past the home of the Salem Keizer Volcanoes Stadium and a sprint to the finish line! Start is in the park next to Keizer Station Blvd. Registration is at the Big Tent across the street from Old Navy.

 

Men’s & Women’s overall winners will receive $30 certificates, 2nd place $20 certificates from Gallagher Fitness Resources. Overall winners in their age groups taking 1st, 2nd & 3rd will receive medals.

 

Pancake breakfast provided (included in fee) from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Awards for 10K at 9:15 am. Awards for Half Marathon at 10:30 am.
