Keizer Station Area C Meeting

Special Meeting to discuss the proposed development South of the proposed punch through of McLeod to the East at the intersection of Chemawa and McLeod in the area known as Keizer Station Area C.

The current proposal is to erect a Bonaventure Senior Living Center on the Southern tip of the delta (corner of Chemawa and McLeod).  This proposed complex replaces the old plans for a medical center at this location.  There are also plans to build apartment complexes South of this complex and also to the East of it across the McLeod punch through.
