Keizer Network of Women Special Event
KNOW will join with the Keizer Police Departments Officer Andrew Phelps in hosting a women's self defense class. Bring your daughters, friends and girlfriends and learn how to safely and effectively defend yourself. Officer Phelps will go over some striking and defensive moves as well as answer any questions you may have.
