Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday is a national program created by American Express to help local small business owners around the country to compete with the big national chains and their Black Friday sales promotions.  It encourages people to buy local first and support their own neighbors by buying from them first before going to the big chain stores to do their holiday shopping.
