The Volcanoes continue their five-game homestand with the Spokane Indians, and we welcome back Don Larsen, former New York Yankees great pitcher, and the ONLY pitcher in baseball history to pitch a perfect game in the World Series. The great Yankee pitcher from the 1950?s will be at Volcanoes Stadium to meet and greet fans and sign Free Autographs. Larsen?s teammates included Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, & Whitey Ford. In addition, Larsen pitched for the San Francisco Giants, in the 1960?s, and played with greats like Willie Mays, Juan Marichal, Willie McCovey, & Orlando Cepeda. And it is Classic Car Night, and many older, beautiful vehicles will be in front of the stadium for you to see and appreciate.
