General meeting of West Keizer Neighborhood Association open to all residents. Speaker will be a representative from Salem Kayak Rentals/Oregon Guided Kayak Tours to talk about recreation opportunities on the Willamette River and their partnerships with City of Keizer, Willamette River Keepers and nonprofit groups.
